What data we process and why

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a contract exists, for the statutory limitation periods applicable to the resulting obligations.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Certain technology providers may access the data as processors, under a contract signed in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR.

Your rights

• Access your personal data.
• Request rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure when the data is no longer necessary.
• Request restriction of processing or data portability.
