Does it work with handwritten delivery notes?
Accuracy drops with handwriting, which is why doubtful cases are flagged for human review. On printed documents accuracy is very high. It gets measured before the system is signed off.
Do we have to change our warehouse software?
Not necessarily. The usual approach is to integrate with what you already have rather than replace it.
What about the drivers?
Phone capture is designed to take seconds and work offline. If it adds work for the driver, it is badly designed.
