Frequently asked questions
What is an accredited Digitalisation Agent?
A company authorised to deliver Kit Digital solutions and to claim the voucher directly on the beneficiary’s behalf. COCOTEC INNOVATIO SL is one.
How much am I entitled to?
It depends on your segment by number of employees. Current amounts and deadlines for each call are published at acelerapyme.gob.es, and we confirm them on the first call.
Can I use the voucher for an AI project?
Depending on the category and the scope, part of the project may fit the catalogue. We review it case by case and tell you plainly what qualifies.
Do I have to pay upfront?
For solutions covered by the voucher, the subsidised amount is claimed directly by the agent. If the project exceeds what the voucher covers, the difference is quoted separately and told to you beforehand.
What if I already spent part of the voucher elsewhere?
You can use the remaining amount on other categories. We check what you have consumed and what is still available.
