It depends on the size of the company and how many areas are analysed. We offer a free initial assessment to size the work before quoting.
How long until the roadmap is ready?
Typically four to eight weeks depending on how many areas are involved. The first findings usually appear in the first sessions.
What if we already have AI projects running?
Even better. We assess what works, what can improve and how to fold it into a coherent strategy instead of adding more loose pieces.
Do we need an in-house technical team?
Not necessarily. Part of the work is defining which capabilities are worth keeping in-house and which to outsource.
Can it be funded through Kit Digital?
