AI training for companies
Get your team using AI, not knowing what it is
Hands-on sessions with your real cases, so the way people solve their daily work actually changes.
- With your documents and your cases
- By role, not a generic talk
- Material that stays in the company
AI training usually fails for the same reason: a general talk, plenty of slides and no practice on the actual work. A week later nobody has changed anything.
We do it the other way round: pick concrete tasks from the team, solve them during the session with the tools they will use, and leave with those working.
What we offer
Training you notice on Monday
-
01
Prior diagnosis
Before the session we identify which tasks in each role can be done better with AI.
-
02
Sessions by role
Admin, sales, production and management do not need the same thing. Each group works on its own.
-
03
Practice on real cases
We work with your documents and your processes, not with textbook examples.
-
04
Good practice and limits
What never to put into an external tool, how to verify what comes back and when not to trust it.
-
05
Material and follow-up
Guides adapted to your context and a later session to resolve whatever came up.
How we work
What the sessions look like
-
01
Small groups
So everyone gets to practise, not just watch.
-
02
On site or remote
At your premises if you are nearby, remotely if that works better.
-
03
No tool selling
We teach you to use what you already have or what suits you, not what suits us to sell.
Is your team using AI on the quiet?
It happens in almost every company. Better to train and set limits than to look away.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the training take?
Typically a day per role, plus a follow-up session a few weeks later. It adapts to the size and availability of the team.
Do people need a technical background?
No. The sessions are designed for operational roles with no technical training.
Is it covered by Kit Digital?
Some programme categories include training tied to the solution delivered. We check it against your case.
Can you train management only?
Yes, and it is often a good starting point: one session to decide where to invest before training the whole team.
Shall we look at it with your processes on the table?
Tell us how you work today and we will tell you what is worth automating and what is not worth touching.
